Wizzora ("we", "us") provides a menu-engineering and restaurant-analytics platform. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

2. Information we collect

  • Account info: name, email, phone number, and password (stored encrypted).
  • Business data you provide: menus, items, recipes, ingredient costs, prices, sales figures, staff records, and branches.
  • Usage data: basic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use it

We use your data to provide the Service: run menu analysis, generate AI suggestions and translations, power the staff portal and QR menu, send transactional emails (e.g. password resets, daily briefs, reports), and process billing.

4. AI processing

Certain features send relevant menu/recipe text to trusted AI providers (e.g. Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude) to generate recipes, suggestions, and translations. We send only what's needed for the feature and do not sell your data.

5. Data isolation & security

Each business's data is logically isolated — only you and team members you invite can access your account. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS) and hash passwords. No method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers needed to run Wizzora (hosting, email delivery, AI processing, payment processing) and where required by law.

7. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. To delete your account and associated data, contact us. Some records may be retained where required for legal or accounting purposes.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure the Service. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
